Ordered a pizza on Friday 2/14, that unfortunately the driver was unable to deliver due to issues getting through the gate. Since it was an online order, my card was charged for the order. I called today to inquire about a refund and Matthew the manager was very pleasant and understanding. The store was unable to refund to my card, but instead issued a store credit for the items previously purchased. Great customer service!

Their pizza is really good. I had it delivered. It arrived hot and tasty. I haven't actually been to this store itself so can't comment about the atmosphere. I liked the pizza, and yes, I do think they use real cheese and better ingredients. The delivery was timely and delivery person was okay.

Order online for pickup and the order took 20 minutes longer than quoted on the app. The breads were amazing and the pizza we ordered was very delicious as well. The wings I requested to be well done but it was very uncooked to our liking. After throwing the wings in the air fryer for a few minutes the were alot better. After ordering I realized that the small pizza I ordered was more expensive than large pizza which didn't make sense at all. Pricing wise not worth it.

The pizza was ok , I just wish when I say “well done” it looks like this . This is an example of a well done pizza. If the cheese is still white like chalk it ain’t well done .

Papa John's is a very good brand of pizza. Fresh ingredients is so important. I went to a different place for pizza , it was not fresh, cashier forgot about my order because her shift was over. Pizza was not fresh, second visit , same thing happened the first visit, I was told the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes but when I tasted it was stale old pizza. But not Papa j. It was much better.
